Outdoor training at Fort Canning Park

GURKHA CONTINGENT DOJO

On the 19th Dec 2006, GC Dojo instructors led by Sensei Lila Nath Rai have organized the Outdoor training for the newly joined white belt members at Fort Canning Park from 1530-1830hrs.
They gathered at the main entrance of the Battle box at 1600hrs and went inside to see the historic bunker of Singapore and spend about an hour. After viewing, they proceed to the summit of the park and started the Karate outdoor class with the warming-up followed by other movement and kicking with the new members.
              
Finally, the group has finished the class with taking some group photos to keep for memory.
